Deshbhakt foundation had identified the issues through survey and kept its program, public organization development and leadership development trainings. During these activities the institution had found that the women of this area are skillful in embroidery/handicraft. These women have to work through brokers. It means they could not get even half of their actual labor. They were unable to do it on their own due to illiteracy and unawareness.
